Initial Consultation - New Clients

Service Description

In this comprehensive 90 minutes session, we will -Discuss your primary concern[s] -Determine your Prkrti/Ayurvedic Constitution & Vikrti/current imbalances -Discuss your family and self history. -Understand your daily routine vis-a-vis diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, emotions. -Analyze your tongue/nails. *Pictures of tongue/nails may be requested ahead of your session. -Establish your short-term & long-tern wellness goals. -Discuss & formulate an Ayurvedic education plan encompassing diet, lifestyle and herbal recommendations to meet your short-term goals. (Plan will be formalized and emailed post your session.) *Cost of herbs is not included in the fee. -You will be required to fill out the 'new client intake' form, 'dosha chart' and read and sign the 'informed consent' form prior to the appointment.
